Another faster-paced yoga class for you - with some lovely goodies in there. Totally for you if you want to sweat. Also for you if you want to hone your sense of equilibrioception. Or in other words: practise your balance by closing the eyes in flows. And please don't worry at all if you find this hard. You'll notice how hard I found it myself that day. Ha!

Syllabus

Meet Bassanti Pathak

Bassanti has been practising yoga since her Indian father taught her at age four. In 2015, she founded Pathak Yoga, a corporate health and wellbeing services provider, specialising in yoga and mindfulness to reduce work-related physical tension and mental stress. She has a diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy from Delhi's International Foundation for Natural Health & Yoga, a Masters from Bonn University and studied at Harvard and Clark University.
